Goals for 2012

The following are my weight/fitness goals for 2012

Weight
  • Lose 20 pounds by June 2012
  • Lose 75 pounds by December 2012

Clothing
  • Wear a size 12 pair of jeans
  • Wear a two piece on the beach without a coverup

Exercise
  • Be able to run a mile without stopping
  • Train for a marathon in 2013
  • Do some form of exercise every day
  • Be able to complete 10 pushups on my toes
Diet
  • Cut back on the fast food
  • Increase my water intake
  • Cut back on my soda intake
  • Try to eat more natural food
