SCC Week 1 Goals & Plans

Here are my goals for the first week of the challenge

SPRING CHICK CHALLENGE
WEEK 1 GOALS


  • Take my vitamins everyday
  • Do 100 crunches everyday
  • Exercise at least 30 minutes 4x a week
  • Log my meals on WW
  • Be in bed by 12AM

  4. Good goals, I need to add a get to bed by ?? goal. I might be a lot more happy if I got to bed earlier.
